Using
the COOL EDIT program
I have been experimenting
with the Cool Edit program for quite
some time.
It is a sound recording and editing program. It
used to be a shareware program that you could
download for free, but times change. Unfortuntarely,
the company no longer has a free download to test.
I believe that when used properly CoolEdit is
a valuable tool that can be used to alter one's
state of mind, literally, by entraining
one's brainwaves to a particular frequency.
Changes in brainwaves reflect changes
in your mental and emotional states. It is naturaland
it occurs almost everyday depending on our surroundings.

Why
CoolEdit???
what makes CoolEdit so special???
It has several features that
are worth mentioning and testing. First,
it has a built-in brainwave synchronizer
that can entrain your brainwaves to particular
frequencies just by pressing a few buttons. Also,
it has a function that allows you to generate
tones. The tones can be used to create
binaural beat frequencies that also entrain
your brainwaves to particular frequencies.
The generated tones can be overlapped onto a background
of white, pink, or brown noise. These colorfully
named noises are basically static-sounding backdrops
that create a Ganzfield effect on your mind, creating
a repetitive background so that the tones have
more effect.
Here is a sample
that I made using CoolEdit that you can download
it for free , copy/paste them to lengthen and
experiment with them at your leisure...
liltheta.wav
- the original; 6Hz, a theta binaural
beat
to download a little binaural beat sample,
liltheta.wav, that I made using CoolEdit
Pro. It produces a 6Hz differential that
is in the theta range. To lengthen it, you
can copy and paste it using Cool Edit in order
to hear a longer version, but to do it right
you will have to learn how to do it yourself because
when you copy and paste it there will be a slight
but noticeable clicking sound when it loops because
the copy and paste cannot perfectly sync the small
sample. If
you notice this clicking, you can avoid this by
making them yourself.
*Maybe, if I get more time
and more storage space on my server I will be
able to add some more samples, but for now, I
am short on storage space. There are also A LOT
MORE SAMPLES at The
Dream Initiative website.
I have recently started making
full length CDs that entrain to specific brainwave
frequencies. Since I have been experimenting with
them for a while, I have determined the style
that has the most effect on me. There are
now eleven brainwave entrainment CDs plus the
Bonus Sampler CD available at the Brainwave
Mind Voyages website. The feedback
from users so far has been phenomenal especially
considering the fact that I started selling them
less than a year ago, and I already have well
over 500+ positive responses from users with 300+
praises in positive eBay fedback with no negatives!!!
If you are interested in maximizing
your meditational routine, inducing lucid dreams
from both waking and dreaming states and experiencing
audio-induced mindstates, then you will definitely
want to take advantage of the brainwave entrainment
process.
The
sky is the limit, the possibilities
are endless. You can apply this technology to
a wide variety of applications. If you have
any ideas, input, feedback or an suggestions for
a BMV Series that you would like to see and hear,
please feel free to send me an e-mail.
MAKING
EMBEDDED BINAURALS BEATS USING COOL EDIT
Using the Brainwave
Synchronizer on CoolEdit
The Brainwave Synchronizer
can be used to transform a file that you already
have into one that has specific brainwave frequencies
embedded within it. For example, you could
make a recording saying, "The next time I'm
dreaming I will realize that I'm dreaming."
Copy and paste it so that it is several minutes
long and then use the brainwave synchronizer function
to embed this recording with alpha waves ot theta
waves or whatever suits you. You can
create whatever you want: affirmations, hypnotic
suggestions, guided relaxation, mantras, visualization
exercises,etc... Use the chart above to determine
which frequencies will best meet your needs for
the type of tape you're making.
Using this function on CoolEdit
is simple. After you have a file to embed
brainwave frequencies, just use the taskbar/toolbar
and choose TRANSFORM and then SPECIAL and then
BRAINWAVE SYNCHRONIZER. You will be prompted
to choose your frequency and as you choose the
numbers it even tells you what brainwave state
you are selecting. It will even say High
Alpha or Low Alpha or whatever corresponds to
the particular frequency that you select.
WELL
THATZZZ ALL THE COOL EDIT INFO FOR NOW
I hope that you can use it
to start stretchingggggggggggg*g* your
awareness
stay lucid,
bird :)
